The studio is the only STOTT PILATES education center in the Czech Republic. We offer courses and workshops for Pilates instructors and public lessons as well- groups or individuals.
The studio is fully equipped with world's best equipment made by STOTT PILATES in Canada and all instructors are STOTT PILATES certified.
You can be tortured on Reformer / Cadillac - V2Max, Stability Chair with a help of smaller props (Edge, Rotational Disks, Pilates Rings, Heavy Balls, Rolls, Fitballs etc.)
Our lessons are limited up to six (equipment) and twelve (matwork) participants to keep the best quality work.
